Originally from West Virginia, I’ve called Ocala home for 30 years. My extensive professional sales career in sales and sales management has given me a keen insight in meeting the needs of my clients. Helping you find the perfect home for the life you want to live is my ultimate goal.
I decided to pursue a career in real estate after some business dealings with two or three Real Estate Agents who encouraged me to get my real estate license. I’ve been a professional licensed Real Estate agent for over 10 years. In year 3, I sold over 3 million dollars in real estate in Marion County.
Over the years I’ve worked to network Nationwide with other Real Estate Agents. I’ve received referrals by Realtors outside the area and been successful in finding clients home in Central Florida as well as helping clients find the perfect Real Estate professional to help find homes in other states.
I’ve worked with both buyers and sellers to make their home buying process a positive experience with as little stress as possible and achieve the desired results. I’m well connected with local lenders, inspectors, builders and other vendors and know the process and the time frame needed to have a successful closing.
When working with Sellers, I meet with them to determine their expectations. I then perform a free comparative market analysis to determine the selling price of their property. I’ll be your guide through the listing process and from there the strategic marketing plan begins. We market your property internationally, nationally and I use my personal website and social media to create marketing campaigns as well as the endless resources available to me through Omni Horizon Real Estate.
I am extremely knowledgeable in the 55 plus communities as well as first time home buyers and everything in between. I thrive on seeing the real estate transaction through to completion and the big smiles on both buyer and seller’s face. The feeling of helping everyone I work with is a big part of why I love what I do.
